Contact our Customer Service Department 02108360342 or info@kojiology.co.nz. To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you call or email our Customer Service Department.
- Your order number
- Product name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for requesting
It is important that our Kojiology Customers are satisfied.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are unhappy with your order, please return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded, and it is the customers responsibility to ship the product to us.
Once the products have been received by us, we will then issue a refund.
If the product arrives damaged or defective in any way, please keep all packaging and the product and contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the product or refund your costs.
Delivery policies
Shipping: All eligible items will be shipped by NZPost. We ship out items within 1 business day but make every effort to get items out on the same day (business day) following receipt of payment.
